We generally hold a ‘no refunds’ policy, as costs of each order are already incurred once the order has been placed. However, we do respect every client’s individual situation, and try to make as many exceptions as possible. Refund and returns for custom printed products
Once the proof is approved and accepted in writing by the client, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-designed orders unless you qualify for a refund via our guarantees.
Refund and returns for stock products
For products that we haven’t made any customizations to (ie: blank or pre-printed cloth wristbands), we do allow clients a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee) so long as the order is shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is up to the customer.
